Kari Hanson and Katie Blinn comprise the team at Sound Workplace Investigations (SWI). SWI is not a law firm and does not provide legal services, but Kari and Katie are experienced, licensed employment law attorneys and draw on that experience in conducting investigations. Kari is the Owner and principal investigator. Katie assists with investigation strategy and contributes her editing and writing expertise to investigation reports.

Located in Tacoma and Olympia, our particular focus is on assisting South Sound employers; however, we also conduct investigations statewide.

We thoughtfully prepare a customized plan for each investigation. Our investigations are thorough, timely, and unbiased. Our reports are clear and well-written. Our goal is to ensure that an employer has all the information it needs to adopt successful workplace solutions.
